I am a mother, song writer, dancer, yoga teacher and a cook. I never liked to limit myself with labels.  My journey with yoga started more than 10 years ago.  I dabbled in some yoga classes offered at my local gym in Baltimore City. My interest was peaked but I did not get serious about yoga until I moved to San Diego in 2006.  I began practicing almost everyday and when I saw that my yoga journey brought me back home to myself, I knew that I would someday be a yoga teacher, but that I still had a long way to go before I would be ready. 

In 2011, I was a new Mother and I signed up for my first yoga training. I completed my 200 RYT training at Namaste Yoga Center led by my teacher, Elka Haeckel.  Soon after, I had my second son and began my Prenatal Yoga training at Nature's Whisper School of Yoga.  Most recently in 2015,  completed my Yoga for a Happy Back training with Rachel Krentzman.

I love being of service to my community and teaching with my heart.  My classes range from gentle to energetic, but they will all leave you feeling light, free and open.  I currently teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Prenatal and Baby Yoga. I'm also exploring a new chapter in my career by teaching workshops and getting ready to lead my first retreat.  It's amazing how things naturally fall into place once you are on the right path.  When I'm not teaching yoga, I love to make music, play with my boys and cook healthy meals for my family.  I look forward to walking alongside you on your yoga journey!
